My personal guarantee to you couldn't be more simple. If you don't love your initial round of logo concepts, we will refund your money (less a $75 processing fee, subject to terms and conditions).
This is because I have seen first-hand just how talented our logo designers are. I am so confident in their ability, I back all of them 100%. It's just plain, old-fashioned business, no strings attached. I like to think that it reflects our business because we pride ourselves on being totally honest, and personally, I have made sure that we have a strict code of business ethics.

FAQ's Regarding Money-Back Guarantee:
Why do you require $75 back?
This is our processing fee to cover some of our basic costs and time that we have put into your project so far. However, perhaps more importantly from our point of view, it prevents unethical people from abusing our services. We actually went with a full money-back guarantee until recently, the system was being abused and it was just unacceptable to see some of the initial logo design concepts appear on the web.
What are your terms for the refund?
Our Terms and Conditions for the refund are pretty standard, check them out here. Essentially it means that if you reject an initial round of logo design concepts, we retain the sole usage rights. Again, this just makes sure that the system doesn't get abused, with people obtaining a refund but still using the logo for their business.
Why do you not operate the policy for your other services?
This is a tricky area which we are always considering. Ideally I would like a system where everything comes with a money-back guarantee, but it's just unworkable for some services. It's quite impractical to have an agreed milestone for our 3D services, for example. We are currently looking into the feasibility for doing this for website projects and then we can possibly move on to print ad design and brochure design projects.
So, currently we are only able to offer a money-back guarantee on our logo design projects. For our other services, it looks like you'll have to settle for unlimited revisions and a quick turnaround for now! |
